Alberta Kay Clouser

Alberta Kay Schaulis Clouser 82 of Llano Grande Resort Mercedes Tx. passed away July 6, 2026 at Valley Baptist Hospital in Harlingen Tx. Kay was born in Liberal KS. lived i. Hooper NE. and Council Bluffs IA. for many years. Kay was very active in the resort activities, especially not your grandma's bingo & being the Sunshine Lady. Kay called Llano Grande home with all her extended family from all over the U.S. and Canada. Kay is survived by her son Tim Carda& wife Tammy of Tennessee , grandsons Tray & Jody Carda of Alabama, Trevor & Desiree Carda of Indiana, three great granddaughters Tristyn, Gracelyn & Charlotte and a baby girl due in Sept. Dan& Cindy Schaulis of Wisconsin. She was preceded in death by husband Glenn Clouser , two brothers Guy & Stan Schaulis, two sisters Ann Powers & Ruby Wagner, great grandson Henry Liam Carda. Faith and Family was most important to her. A celebration of life will be held March 22nd 2027 from 1 to 4 pm. at Llano Grande Resort from 1 to 4 pm. Mercedes Tx. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made in Kay's name to a charity of your choice
