Bernard Grucza

Bernard Grucza, 80 years old, died on Sunday August 25, 2024. Born November 1,1943 he was raised along with his sister Sheryl Gedeon (Grucza) in Cleveland, Ohio. Butch ran the streets of Slavic Village with the best of ‘em until he entered the U.S. Army. He continued his adventures traveling the entire United States making friends everywhere he went. Bernie eventually settled down with the love of his life and wife of 41 years Gayle (Paul) with whom his memory will live on. Dad’s legacy continues in his loving daughter Allison Grucza. Pop’s heritage is also carried on in his three astounding grandchildren Noelle, Nicholas and Peter Oknefski in Murfreesboro, Tennessee where he lived his last years. 

This man of many names has touched many lives throughout his time on this earth and will be remembered fondly in many hearts forever. Bernie Grucza, 1943-2024, thank you for being you, we’ll catch ya on the flip side.
