Born in Easterrn Washing and moved to Tacoma, WA when he was 4 years old, and graduated from Federal Way High School. While working at this family owned business, Superior Dairy, he met his future wife Gloria Moon.
Cal wore many hats in his lifetime; salesman, truck driver and small business owner, but his biggest priority was being a husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather.
Cal is survived by his wife of 68 years, Gloria Gamblin; son, Charles Gamblin (wife Toni) of Tyler, TX; daughters, Gayle Davies (husband Kim) of Tacoma, WA; Gerri Bennett (husband Richard) of Tacoma, WA; Gina LaFoe (husband Mike) of Fort Lupton, CO, and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
