Carmen Maria Whitmore, a beloved LPN from New York who moved to Texas and devoted her life to caring for others, passed away on May 17, 2024, in Corpus Christi, TX. Born on April 14, 1967, leaves behind a legacy of love and compassion that will forever be cherished by those who had the privilege of knowing her.

Carmen's career as an LPN in a nursing care facility was not just a job but a calling. She went above and beyond to ensure the well-being of those around her, forming deep and meaningful connections with both her patients and coworkers. Her warm and welcoming personality made everyone feel at ease in her presence.

One of Carmen's proudest accomplishments was being a mother to her two sons, Joey and Bobby. She cherished the time spent with her boys, eagerly listening to their stories about school and work. Her love for them knew no bounds.

She is survived by her sons Robert Bonilla and Joseph Bonilla; father Alfredo Negron; brothers Alfredo Negron Jr. and Ernesto Negron; sister Julie Wynns, Felicia Roman and Claudina Stovall; along with extended family and friends.
