She was married to the love of her life, James White for 33 wonderful years. Charlene was preceded in death by her father, Don Todd, and her sister, Theresa Duncan. She is survived by her husband, James R. Charlene loved to travel, especially to warm places. Her favorite happy place was Palm Springs, California where she visited frequently every year. She was a wonderful wife, daughter and second mother to her niece, her step-children and their families. She always had a smile on her face, and loved her family and friends. She was caring and compassionate and would always go out of her way to help anyone that needed it.
Charlene spent her working career in the restaurant industry, most recently as the manager of Black Bear Diner in Federal Way, WA. She was a fierce and loyal hard worker and very dedicated to her job. We have all lost an amazing woman too early.
