Charles Edward Bullar

Charles Edward Bullar Jr., 66, of Oceanside, California, died 1/24/2021, at Tri City Medical Center after a two year battle with lung cancer.

Charles was born 2/2/1954 in Chicago, Illinois. The son of late Charles and Florence (Witczak) Bullar.

He attended Our Lady Gate of Heaven and Mendel Catholic High School before moving to Dolton in 1970. He was a graduate of Thornridge High School and Southern Illinois University.

After graduating from SIU, he worked for R.R. Donnelley and Sons in Chicago and Mattoon, Illinois.

He moved to southern California in 1990, where he worked for Southern California Edison as a tool room attendant. He later managed a Winston Tire store and up until his death was the owner/operator of Ladder M.D.

Charles is preceded in death by his parents Charles and Florence Bullar and his sister Deborah Gosselin.

He is survived by his daughter Andrea Florence Bullar and his sisters Donna Aiello and Denise Perez.

A private interment will take place at the Mission San Luis Rey Cemetery, Oceanside, California.
