Constance Lee Boehlert

Constance Lee Boehlert, 80, of Katy TX, passed away on Monday, May 8th, 2023, at 12:03pm after fighting a long courageous battle of Alzheimer’s.

Connie was born in San Diego, CA, to Margaret and Harold Candage on June 11th, 1942. From there Connie spent her childhood growing up in Springfield, Illinois. She also had spent some of her time living in South Carolina, Georgia, and Andover, Massachusetts.

Connie was a loving, out going, spunky, gentle soul who will be greatly missed by all of her family and dear friends. Another great word to describe Connie was that she was a survivor, in all forms of life. Mimi, as most of her loved ones would call her, loved traveling especially to her mothers birth place, Hawaii.

Connie is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 23 years, Bill Boehlert, her beloved son & five daughters, George (Debbie) Brust of Salem, NH. Susan (Dwight) Mays of SC. Carol (Mike) Blair of  Bernardo, TX. Bobbie (Paul) Farrington of Vero Beach FL. Karen (John) Syrett of Sealy TX. Richelle (Drew) Loughlin of Rumson NJ. Connie also had three stepchildren Dickie, Robert, and Ken Kesling. Mimi had 13 grandchildren, Melissa, April, Tiffany, Michelle, Michael, Anthony, Nikki, Georgia, Haley, Lexi, Austin, Andrew, and Ashton. She also had several great grandchild Nathaniel, Helana, McKenna, Ross, Kyler, Hunter, Tania, Romeo, Eric, and Ashlinn.  She was predeceased by her parents Margaret and Harold, her two brothers, David and John Candage, and her sister, Betty Casper.

A special thank you to The Villa Assisted Living and Memory Care for keeping our Mimi comfortable and well cared for over a year and a half, they showed nothing but love and compassion for Miss Connie.  We can not thank them enough for the kindness that they showed us all over the last few days that we had with our beloved Mimi.
