Constance Fay Hill was born September 28, 1927 in Newton, New Jersey to Charles Jacob Grimm and Dorothy (Cooper). She grew up in norther New Jersey in the town of Newton in Sussex county. A bright, social and well-liked woman, she was an alumna of Rider College, where she was a member of Eta Upsilon Gamma Sorority. After graduation, she worked at Limestone Products Corporation, and married William F Walker, with whom she had two sons, William and Frederick. After divorcing William, she had two other husbands, Dean Hill and Robert Hill, and had a daughter, Judy. Later she worked in medical records at a Kirkland medical clinic. She passed away on July 7, 2018. She is survived by her three children, William of Bonney Lake, Washington, Frederick of Lake Stevens, Washington, and Judy Lash of Kent, Washington.
