Dolores Ann Latshaw

It is with great sadness that we announce that Dolores Ann Latshaw has succumbed on Monday, July 29th, 2024, at age 90 due to a sudden diagnosis of cancer. Dolores, also known as ‘Dee’, was a lovingly resident of Moorpark for 34 years and a recent resident of Camarillo for 36 years. Dee is proceeded in her death by her husband of 56 years, Thomas Lee Latshaw. She was a loving mother and is survived by her daughter Colleen Busickio, son Doug Latshaw and daughter Doreen Lopez [Ralph Lopez] and was a wonderful grandmother who went by ‘Nanny’ to her six grandchildren; Shane Busickio, Sara Busickio, Kyle Latshaw, Dolan Latshaw, Brooke Lopez, and Cody Lopez who admired and loved their Nanny dearly. Dee also admired her two great grandchildren who brought her much joy, Bella and Mateo Latshaw. Dee had many lifetime friends in Moorpark and Camarillo area and loved her social events of lunches with friends, neighborhood visits with tea & pastries and family gatherings. She worked for the Moorpark School District for 26 years and is well known by faculty and students from Moorpark High, Chaparral, Flory Academy, Mesa Verde, and Peach Hill schools. Her loving heart, smiling face, cheerful jolly personality will be dearly missed and loved by all. Dee loved her family dearly and cherished the time and days spent with them. Dee will always be in our hearts and prayers forever until we meet again. A celebration of life will be held in the near future honoring Dee’s wishes. The family will notify family and friends once the date has been set.
