Gerald Laverne Talbert

Gerald Laverne Talbert, born January 19, 1942, passed away on September 21, 2026, at the age of 84. Gerald is survived by his daughter, Tammy (Michael) Trueblood; his grandchildren, Samantha (Bobby), MacKenzie (Ariel Joseph), Corinne (Travis), and Kennedy; and his great-grandchildren, Aiden, Dawson, and Wesley. He will be remembered by those who knew him throughout the years, each carrying their own memories and experiences of the time they shared with him. His passing marks the close of a long life and a chapter in the history of those connected to him. Gerald’s memory will remain with those he leaves behind. The family has chosen a private burial. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) in support of suicide prevention and awareness. Funeral services will be held at Holy Cross Cemeteries, 16200 Manchester Road, Wildwood, MO 63038 on October 31, 2026 at 9:00 am.
