Gladys G Miller

Gladys donned her wings in heaven on 12/22/21. She spent her final moments at home with her husband John, of 44 years. Gladys was known for her fierce devotion to her husband John, her loving care to her children, many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She shared her joy of life to all who knew her, including siblings, cousins, nieces and a community of friends. She had a beautiful smile and a laugh that would light up our souls. Her unwavering love and faith in her Heavenly Father were the foundation in which she built her life, and she shared her love for Him every chance she got. Gladys loved to entertain, celebrating special occasions, congregating with the faithful and supporting others on their faith journey. She was known as resourceful, active, independent, and strong in all she did.

Mom would like you to know that her work here is completed. She received a call with the kind of offer that she would never refuse - an appointment for eternity. Mom’s new mission comes with a long-awaited bonus – a reunion with family and friends who she hasn’t seen in a while. This takes her to a place where she will socialize, color in her art books, and read to her hearts content and where music, laughter and love are always at hand.

We, her children, want to celebrate Mom’s successful mission here. Mom did a great job while here on this earth and we pray for her continued joy and peace now. We will always remember her smile, her warmth, her energy and love of our family, her Lord and her friends. Mom worked so hard up to the end and she made such a difference in the lives of so many.
