Hattie Baily passed away peacefully in Arizona on July 27, 2026.

Born to Fred and Leel Mckinney of North Carolina, Hattie was a devoted daughter, loving wife and mother, cherished sister, and loyal friend. She built a successful career as an accountant and business owner, but her greatest accomplishment was that of a loving and exceptional mother.

Hattie will be remembered for her generous heart, quick wit and wonderful sense of humor. She brought warmth and laughter to those around her and was deeply loved by her family and many friends. Her kindness, strength and compassion will be greatly missed.

She is survived by her son, Sean Baily, and his wife, Marian; her daughter, Michelle Eckes, and her husband, Darryl; her brother, Eddy Mckinney, and his wife, Rosemary; along with many extended family members and dear friends who will cherish her memory.
In accordance with her wishes, her ashes will be laid to rest beside her beloved husband, Carl Baily.

At her request, all services will be private.

She will be greatly missed.
