Helen Winifred Raymond

It is with heavy heart that we announce the passing of Helen Winifred Raymond, 82, of Barefoot Bay, Fl, who passed away peacefully on September 13, 2025 in Palm Bay, FL.

Helen was born December 20, 1942 in Gloucester MA to Manuel Joseph Raymond Sr. and Helen Winifred Rideout. Helen was known for her bright smile and infectious laugh that brought joy to everyone she met. She loved holidays, spending time with her family, crocheting, crafts, coloring and making puzzles.

Helen is preceded in death by her mother Helen Rideout, father Manuel J Raymond Sr and his second wife Lilian, brother Domingos (Locky) Raymond, and sisters-in-law, Gaylan Kelly and Sharon Raymond.

Helen is survived by her sister Bernadette Washburne and husband Mark , brother Manuel J Raymond II and his wife Patricia, brother Henry Raymond and his wife Emma, nieces and nephews, Theresa, Mark Jr., Manuel III, Bambi, Tiffany, Dominoes Jr (Buddy), Shane, Eric, and Grace and many great nieces and nephews.

A funeral Mass will be celebrated at Our Lady of Good Voyage Church, 142 Prospect Street, Gloucester, on Monday, October 20, 2025 at 9:00 am. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Burial will be at Beechbrook Cemetery, Gloucester. Contributions in Helen’s memory may be made to Joe’s Club, 7951 Ron Beatty Blvd, Micco FL 32976.
