James Edward Meade

James E. Meade passed away doing what he loved, with the wind blowing thru his hair and his face riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle on July 19, 2025. He was a dad to 6 boys- James, Jimmy, Paul, Jeremy, Marvin, Phillip.

James was preceded in death by his parents Marvin “Bud” Meade and Elizabeth Stucker Meade, and his sisters, Terry Watkins, Yvonne McIntyre and Trina Clark. He is survived by his brothers Wes Meade (wife Becky), Marvin Meade (wife Shirley), William “Billy” Meade, and his little sister Lielani Tull (husband Troy), as well as several nieces and nephews.

To all who knew him, James—affectionately known as (Jimmy) or “Gypsy”—will be remembered for his wild and crazy spirit and open heart. He never met a stranger and embraced everyone around him with his life stories. Life wasn’t always easy for Jimmy, but he lived life to the fullest and was happiest being free and around friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his name “Bikers Against Child Abuse” or a Wildlife Rescue.
