Janet Marie Veidt

Janet Marie Veidt, of Goodyear, Arizona, was born on March 21, 1949, and passed away on September 3, 2025

Janet was a flight attendant for many years with TWA, America West Airlines, retiring from her flight career with American Airlines.

Through Dons’ transportation career they were able to live and experience 12 different States making and treasuring many friends along the way.

She enjoyed playing tennis, golf, sewing and cooking. Also, she enjoyed a fun game of Samba

The most important thing in her life was her family.

Janet is survived by her loving husband of 53 years, Don Veidt, her daughter Lynne Todd (Henry) and son David Veidt. Also, her grandchildren, Sydney, Lauren and Sean.

Her sisters, Carol Hollis, Deborah Wilson and Marsha Elston

She was preceded in death by her parents, Auzzie and Jessie Lucas and sister Barbara DeVincent.

She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her

A Mass and Celebration of her Life will be held in St. Louis, MO on Saturday, October 18, 2025.

In lieu of flowers the family request donations to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital
