Jeffery Chad Chase

Jeffery Chad Chase, the son of Kendall Scott Chase (deceased) and JoAnn Chase Nesci, passed away peacefully at home in Henderson, Nevada on February 28th, 2024. Jeff was born on August 25th, 1978 in Las Vegas, Nevada, where he lived and worked the rest of his life. He is survived by his beloved partner and wife of 22 years, Lori, son Gavin, daughter Ashlin, mother, stepfather Michael C. Nesci, a prolific number of in-laws, nieces and nephews.

Jeff's proudest accomplishments included raising his children with love and care, teaching them how to navigate a world equally full of joys and harsh realities. He found joy in making his family laugh and creating lasting memories with them. Jeff's loyalty and devotion to his wife and kids were evident to all who knew him. In 2010, Jeff underwent a kidney/pancreas transplant and displayed remarkable strength and resilience as he fought to survive and thrive thereafter. His indomitable spirit served as an inspiration to many.

He was a dedicated electrician for over 20 years, transitioning to a project manager role in the latter part of his career. His unwavering work ethic was matched only by his love for his family. The proof of this being the fact that there were just as many work-related photos on his phone as there were of his children. In his younger years, Jeff enjoyed mountain biking but as he got older he found golf more to his liking. It held a special place in his heart - a passion he cherished greatly. He achieved a notable milestone by breaking 80 on his golf score and even made two eagles during his last few rounds of golf, which he proudly shared with his wife when he got home.

Jeff will be dearly missed but fondly remembered for his dedication to family, strong work ethic, love for laughter, passion for golf and distrust of the LA Dodgers ability for postseason success. May he rest in peace knowing he left behind a legacy of love, loyalty and strength of spirit.

A memorial will be held in Jeff's honor on Saturday, March 23rd, 2024 from 2 pm - 6 pm at 2481 Cingoli St, Henderson Nevada. Please feel free to stop in and share your favorite memories of this gloriously stubborn man who for better or worse, always lived his life his own way. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations in Jeff's honor are made to his favorite charity, St Jude Children's Research Hospital.
