John Ellis Logan

Born in Bakersfield, California. Raised in Bakersfield and attended East Bakersfield High. Joined the Air Force 1956, stationed at McClellan Air Force Base in Sacramento, California. Honorable discharge 1960. Met Joyce in 1957, Sacramento and married February 13, 1960 almost 61 years. Wonderful memories of John and I. Moved to John's hometown, Bakersfield, California in 1962. We started a family and had two sons, Vincent and Keith. John was very active with his sons. He did Boy Scouts, Saints Athlete Club, camping, etc. John worked at different Electric supply companies for over 38 years. John was also active with the Bakersfield Sheriff Reserves, over 10 years. John was preceded in death by his son Vincent. John is survived by his wife Joyce, son Keith, and Keith's wife Michelle, eight grandchildren, and six great grandchildren. Sisters Linda Cottle, Julie Scholl, Carla Allred, Candy Chapman, and brother Bob Pierucci, and many cousins, nieces, and nephews. Pending date at the Bakersfield National Cemetery.
