Kenneth Wayne Boren passed away unexpectedly from heart failure on January 17, 2024. He lived a life worthy of honor and celebration. He was deeply loved and will be truly missed. Kenneth Wayne Boren's life began in the county of Norfolk in Portsmouth, Virginia on October 24, 1952. He was the son of James Glenn Boren and Laura Lee Tucker. Following his dedicated service in the Navy, Kenneth was gainfully employed as a Civil Service employee at the San Diego Naval Shipyard for eleven years. Kenneth married Joyce Boren on March 19, 1993. Their wonderful union blossomed for almost thirty-one years. Kenneth had the great ability to make people laugh and smile. He was known for his selfless generosity. He donated often to several organizations. He also enjoyed volunteering his time to others. He loved his beer as well as fishing, camping, being by the ocean or sitting on the beach.
