It is with deep sadness we announce the passing of our Father, Manuel Arviso. Dad passed away peacefully on 6/3/26, with his daughters present. He is home with our Lord. He was a believer in God, and prayed almost every night. He prayed for family and friends to be protected.
Manuel “Manny” Arviso Jr. was born 12/17/1942, in Yuma AZ. He lived as a young boy in San Diego, with his parents and sister, until his asthma worsened. He spent part of his childhood, adolescence and early adulthood, in El Centro, CA.
Manuel is survived by 2 daughters and 2 sons. Two grandsons and 1 granddaughter, who made his eyes light up when he spoke to them. He is also survived by his sister, daughter in law, several cousins, nieces and one nephew (his Godson). Manuel made several friends and some he maintained a relationship with for over 60 years. Dad had a zest for life, and loved to travel. Greece was his favorite place, as he knew many of the towns people there.
Manuel will be remembered for his love of life, family, friends and he made an ordinary event extraordinary. He is not suffering any longer.
Rest in Heavenly Peace.
