Margaret May Kaufmann

Margaret May Kaufmann, 83, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on February 10, 2021. She was born November 5, 1937 to parents William and Ethel Varder in Chicago, Illinois. She moved to Arizona in the 40's and graduated from Sunnyslope High School. Her husband of 53 years, Donald Kaufmann passed on September 14, 2013. She is survived by a brother Richard Varder of Covina, CA, daughters Donna and Laura, grandsons Christopher and Kevin, and great grandchildren Liam, Owen and Kira. She loved to sing in the church choir, giving praises to God with song and a smile. She was loved and will be missed. Due to Covid concerns the family has decided to not have a public memorial service. She will be placed next to Don in the Heritage Library Mausoleum at Green Acres in Scottsdale. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Arizona Baptist Children's Services, 1779 N Alvernon Way, Tucson, AZ 85712.
