Marian Frances  Link Franck, 79, wife of Walter Franck, loving mother and grandmother passed away February 15, 2024 in Olympia, WA.

Born May 2, 1944 in Seattle, WA, she was the only child of Robert Link  and Bernice  Brevig Link. She grew up in Enumclaw, WA, on Marion Street,  graduating in 1962. She grew up as a Daddy’s girl,  skiing, boating on the Puget Sound, and folk dancing.  After her mother’s death in 1962, her father remarried, providing her with an instant family of 3 sisters. She moved to Quincy, WA in 1965, where she raised her 3 children, Lisa, Michael, and Robert.  She married her love of her life, Wally Franck on January 5th, 1985. Marian  was  Wally’s Hunny Bunny. They retired to Tumwater, WA  in 2014, and she was ecstatic  to be back in the shadow of Mt. Rainier. Marian was a faithful woman who loved the Lord, her family and friends.  Marian adored her children and grandchildren.  She loved to craft, scrapbook,collect bunnies, read  and sleep in late.  She loved spending time on the Long Beach Peninsula and visiting with family and friends.  

She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert Link and Bernice Brevig Link; her step-mother, Frances Hebner Link; her sister, Carol Brown.  She is survived by her Husband, Walter Franck, her sisters, Pam (Chris) Gammon and Jo (Bud) Cooper, children, Lisa (Rick) Wire, Michael Dearborn, Robert (Katie) Dearborn; grandchildren, Kate Wire, Lindsey Wire, Abigail Dearborn, and Jackson Dearborn.

A Memorial will be held Saturday, March 16, 2024 at 1pm at Eagles Landing Clubhouse: 2257 E Eagle Lane SW Tumwater, WA 98512
