Mary Helen Hines

Helen Gibson Hughes Cole Hines was born in June 1934 in Chicago IL and adopted by David Byers Gibson and Helen Gibson. Mary Helen was raised Catholic and attended all Catholic schooling in Miami Florida. In 1954 Mary Helen married her first husband Fred Spencer Hughes Senior, who adopted Mary Helen's daughter Helen Marie. The pair also had four other children together. In 1966 Mary Helen married her second husband Clarence Lee Cole Senior who adopted Mary Helen's son, Lee Cole and they had two more children together. Mary Helen passed away on December 8, 2024, and was loved by many. 

She never met a stranger and was always quick to help when and where she could. She will be greatly missed. Preceded in death by ex-husband Fred Spencer Senior, daughter Helen Marie Hughes Crumpton and son Audie Ray Hughes. She is survived by her son-in-law Malley Joe Crumpton Senior, Fred Spencer Hughes Junior, Terry Lynn Hughes, Cylinda Sue Hughes, Clarence Lee Cole Junior, Mildred H.D Cole and Dora Louise Cole. Also surviving Mary Helen is 18 Grandchildren, 32 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great Great Grandchild. Thank You for helping with this.
