I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Now there is in store for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will award to me on that day—and not only to me, but also to all who have longed for his appearing. 2 Timothy 4:7
Michael Neiberger passed away September 13th 2024. He was born in Cookeville Tennessee September 30th 1956. He loved being with family, playing with his grandson Ryan. He enjoyed photography, traveling, jokes and working on computers. Michael was a man of strong faith and loved the Lord Jesus Christ with all his heart. Michael was a priest in the Continuing Evangelical Episcopal Communion (CEEC.Church). He considered life an adventure. He is survived by his wife Deborah, his children Derek (Kelly) Neiberger, Valery (James) Ponitz and grandchild Ryan. Michael is being cremated and his memorial is private time with the children.
Psalm 23 was on of Michael's favorite life passages:
The Lord is my shepherd;I shall not want. He makes me to lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside the still waters. He restores my soul; He leads me in the paths of righteousness for His name’s sake.
Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; for You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; You anoint my head with oil; my cup runs over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life; And I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.
