Nancy Ann Loucks

Nancy Ann Buliteri Loucks was born February 10, 1943 and passed away on July 27th at home with loved ones by her side. She was a resident of Vancouver Washington. She moved with her then husband Alfred Loucks JR in September of 1973 and their children from Syracuse NY to Vancouver. She is survived in life by her sister RoseMarie Cazzola of Baldwinsville NY and her 3 children, grandchildren and one great (step) grandchild. She is preceded in death by her father James J Buliteri and mother Noel (Toby) [Bates] Buliteri, her sister Sara Mobbs, sister Mary Howell and brother Jerry Bates.
Nancy was a loving and giving mother/grandmother to her daughter Beth Ann Loucks [Oberg] and granddaughter Brianna Oberg. Her son Kevin Loucks and wife Liz Loucks, Son Eric James Loucks and wife Lisa M. Loucks with grandsons Nathan, Spencer, and granddaughter Emma. Step Granddaughter Amber Schriever with husband Will and great grandchild Kiera. Nancy was also a caring loving person for Kirk Mansanarez, Shawna Lester, Lisa and Shelby Clifton. She loved her children, grandchildren and others she helped care for. We celebrate her laughter, sense of fun and strength of spirit. She loved camping in the mountains especially Yale reservoir, shopping for others and has many fond memories of her cousins, family and friends. She will be missed.
