Pamela Mueller

Pam “Punt Runt” Mueller…we want you to know how much you were loved, and will always be loved, because of the special type of person you were in your life.

First, although we know you are spending your time surrounded by loved ones, WE miss you, as that was way too quick! But, if heaven is the way I imagine it, you’re sitting at the cabin, on Kroon Lake, chatting it up with Grandma, Grandpa, Mom, Dad, Auntie Vi, and the rest of our family and friends, that have passed before us!

As your brother, I want to make sure you know how much I love you. You spent many decades trying your best to help me. You never judged but only showed unconditional love through all of it and I don’t know if you truly understood how much it meant to have you, always by my side. I have much gratitude for you and only hope that I was able to give some of that love, back to you.

We also have so much gratitude that you were able to experience our family the way you did. Your love and generosity flowed through to Jessica, Marcus, Mikayla, Cameron, Emma, Gabrial, Jennifer, Brock, and Baby “Za Za” (we know you’ll have a front row seat when he is born in a few weeks)!

You, Sis, were everything that they needed coming from a very small family. You were a grandparent when there wasn’t any, and the person they could go to when they couldn’t talk to Mom and Dad. You never judged them and supported them in ways that only you could.

Even, at the very end of your life, not doing well physically, you drove from Tucson, AZ to Frederick, CO to attend Emma and Zyan’s baby shower!

Your love always felt endless. Thank you for that.

Not only were you such a bright light to your immediate family, but your love reached outward like anything I have ever seen. I am certain, as a child, you were loving on people, but I believe your real impacts started after graduating from Saint Catherine University (Saint Paul, MN), where you became an Occupational Therapist, and your heart, that was designed exactly for that type of work, could really flourish. I think about the countless lives that you made better, over the decades of work you did with disabled people, whether it was at the Faribault Regional Center, or your own business down in Mankato!

In your young twenties, you also started working with the youth at church camp and I remember all the kids you used to talk about helping. Again, countless waves of love were created from those personal interactions you had with other people.

Why? Because you simply, and wholeheartedly, cared for and about people.

Even during your Golden Years, it was all about others. You joined your neighborhood church, Patano Church in Tucson, AZ, where you became a friend to those that were hurting. You literally took people (and we cannot forget to mention the countless animals), into your home, that had no one else during the last days of their lives, so that they did.

Pam, you were such a beautiful person, much like Mom; kind and loving.

It’s cool how life works…because of the energy you put out to people, it brought to you someone as equally loving. Linda was your soul mate for the last thirty-three years, and it was quite amazing to watch the two of you working together to compound that love even further. We are thankful that you had someone to share your life with. Linda was and will always be a “keeper”!

One final thing Sis… your last post on Facebook was someone in the arms of Jesus...I imagine you there, Sis, and I bet it feels wonderful! Put a pot of coffee on, turn on the Vikes, and get the boat ready, we’ll be fishin’ together again someday! We love you!

You began your life as Pamela Claire Mueller, daughter of Reuben and Emma Lou Mueller on November 27th, 1955 and you were called home on June 18th, 2026.

We will celebrate your life in West St. Paul (TBD), Minnesota on October 10th. We will also celebrate your life in Tucson, Arizona on October 24th at Pantano Christian Church.

Born in Missouri, where her Dad was in the Airforce. The family moved to Buffalo Lake, MN, early in her life to take over the family farm, then on to the city life of West St. Paul, MN, where she graduated from Henry Sibley high school. Faribault, MN was where she lived most of her adult life, and her later years were spent on the lakes of Minnesota and the cactus forests of Tucson, AZ.

Pam is survived by; Linda Goodman (Partner), Benjamin Mueller (Brother), Jessica Mueller (Sister), Marcus Paolasso (Nephew), Jennifer Paolasso (Niece), Brock Paolasso (Great Nephew), Mikayla Mueller (Niece), Cameron Mueller (Nephew), Emma Lee Mueller (Niece), Zyan Wrege (Nephew), and soon to be, Baby Za-Za (Great Nephew), and many other family and friends along the way.

“I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith”. Timothy 4:7. Yes, you have Sis, yes you have.
