Paulette Eileen Grimes

On July 12, 2026 we lost the matriarch of our family.

She taught us that family means everything. We all called her GMA.

Paulette was born July 9, 1945 in Englewood, CA and, being a blue-eyed blonde, she was a true California girl. She surfed at

Redondo Beach, went to high school with the Beach Boys, and returned to the beach with her sister Nancy every chance

she got. She loved hunting through antique shops and thrift stores for carnival glass, glassware, snow babies, and

nativities. We always knew if she wasn't at home she was probably at Goodwill. Her grandchildren remember staying

overnight at GMA's meant omelets for breakfast and the great grandchildren got waffles and ice cream.

GMA is survived by her sister, a great niece, a nephew, a great nephew, two daughters, thirteen grandchildren, twenty-four

great grandchildren, and three great great granddaughters.

We all loved her very much and will greatly miss her.
