Peggy Manville

Peggy MaeDaughter, Mother, Sister, Aunt, Grandmother,Great Grandmother, and FriendPeggy was born and raised in Portland, Oregon by William and Alice Ball.She spent summers at the beach and winters snow skiing on Mt. HoodShe settled in Fremont, CA with her family in 1962.Here she worked in retail for many years at Emporium Capwell'?s and Breuner'?s Furniture.She also spent several years as an Amway Representative which allowed her to travel.Her last 20 years of employment were as a substitute secretary for the local school district.She was '''Gramma''? to many students. Peggy was an avid Oakland Athletics baseball fan, she enjoyeddoing daily crossword puzzles, tending to her garden, and watching the squirrels and hummingbirds.She loved company and spending time with her grand babies.Peggy is survived by her sister Patsy Boyd of San Diego and her four children, Doug (Christie) Manville, Darby (Cindy) Manville, Joan Manville and Dana Manville all of the Bay Area,as well as, her beloved grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
