Phillip was survived by his mother, Dixie Swick, step father, Frank Swick, sisters, Margo Dorrough, Lana Strand, Sherry Nickoloff and brother-in-law Edward Nickoloff. Nieces, Deanne Huth, Renea Herold and Kristi Hartmann. Nephews, Ryan and Sean Nickoloff and Kenny Strand. Aunt and Uncle Marilyn and Jack Johnson, and numerous grand nieces and nephews.
