Roberta Agnes Orkin

Roberta Orkin, age 88, of Long Beach California, made her life and home here after moving from New Brunswick, New Jersey. She passed away on June 24th, 2017, in the comfort of her home, surrounded by family.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband Robert Orkin and daughter, Helen. She is survived by her children Bob Orkin, Mary McEachern, David Orkin, Ruth Graves, and Rachel Gahafer. She has 7 grandchildren--Justin, Brandon, Elyse, Kelly, Austin, Erin, and Tyler--and long-time friend Vicky Grant.
Roberta was an active member of Our Lady of Refuge church for over 50 years and was active in the Young Lady's Institute and Red Hat Club.
Please join us in celebrating her life. Memorial service to be held on July 5th, 2017, at 2pm at Our Lady of Refuge Church, located at 5159 E. Stearns St., LB CA, 90815. Reception to follow.
