Rodney William Ballance

Rodney William Ballance Sr., 56 of Spring Branch, Texas passed away on September 15th 2021. He was born on November 10th 1964 in Stockton, California.
In 1984 Mr. Ballance married Janice Buchanan in Beaumont, Texas. He was honorably discharged from the United States Navy. He worked as a machinist and truck driver for many years with KLN Steel. He later served as management for Walgreens.
Rodney enjoyed spending time outside hunting and fishing. He especially enjoyed sharing this love of fishing with his grandson Wyatt. He always enjoyed racing down the road on his motorcycle. His favorite role in life was being a Pop Pop to his grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Janice Buchanan Ballance; brother Jeffery Ballance, brother in-law Joseph Leonard; daughter Janet McCoy, husband Brandon; son Rodney Ballance Jr., wife Sarah; son Max Ballance and wife Megan; grandchildren Wyatt, Laken, Adelyn, Maddox, Beau, Cooper and Emory. Mr. Ballance is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents Herbert and Dorothy Ballance, brother Herbert Ballance III, and beloved sister Deborah Leonard.
