Roy Roland Krause

Roy R. Krause was born in Detroit, Michigan on May 4, 1941. He grew up in the Hillsboro area with his brother's and sister. He enlisted in the Army in October 1962. He was Honorably discharged in 1972. He came out of the Army as a Hero as he was awarded several metals. He retired from Willamette Industries. He is survived by three brothers: Sam Krause, David Krause, and Lloyd Krause; along with one sister Louise Karm. Roy loved the outdoors with camping, hiking, famer markets, and fishing. He loved his two dogs (Beggie and Buddy) in which he spend most of his time with. He loved to be with his family including nieces and nephews. He had a passion for the holidays, family, humor, and for life. He was a kind and gentle man who loved to laugh.
