Rudolph Henry Deschamps

Mr. Rudolph H Deschamps, Jr. was born 11/17/1932 and passed away 9/23/2021 at Columbus Hospice, Columbus, GA. He was 88 years old. He has been a resident of Box Springs, GA for the last 5 years with his daughter Donna Chomo and son in law Richard Chomo after moving from Palo Alto, CA. Rudy was a devout Catholic member of St. Thomas Aquinas Parish in Palo Alto, CA . Rudy loved to play golf and watch it on tv and doing his woodworking. He loved to scare the kids on halloween and hand out candy. Rudy was a very funny guy, with a sense of humor. Rudy was a devoted husband of 62 years and a wonderful dad. Rudy was proceeded in death by his loving wife Shirley A. Matsubara Deschamps, 3 sons Gregory, Paul and Thomas Deschamps. He is survived by Donna L. Deschamps Chomo (Richard) of Box Springs, GA, Kathleen M. Deschamps Foster of Geneva, GA, daughter in law Amy T Smith Deschamps. Several grandchildren and great grand children and nieces and nephews. Private burial to be scheduled in Palo Alto, CA
