Sandra Lee Vaughan (Wheeler)

Sandra was born in Covina CA to proud parents Harold & Viola Wheeler. She spent most of her life as a resident of Carlsbad & Encinitas. Sandra is a 1978 graduate of San Dieguito High School, and spent many years as a proud and devoted bus driver of the San Dieguito Union School District. Sandy was an avid animal lover and a frequent volunteer in animal rescue.
Beloved by all Sandra is survived by; husband Mike Vaughan, daughters Rebecca Chang & Rachel Gonzalez. Grandchildren Laurence & Elenor Chang & Ollivandra Gonzalez. Mother Viola Wheeler, brothers; Daniel & Robert Wheeler, and finally her best friend & canine companion Chance.
Sandra entered into rest April 12, 2019 following a long battle with Alzheimer's disease. She will be deeply missed by all.
