Sharon Joyce Fick

Sharon Joyce Fick of BremertonMarch 10th 1937 to July 19th 2012Sharon passed away Thursday July 19th at Harrison Hospital. Sharon was born in Bremerton, WA on March 10th 1937 to Henry and Hazel Waali. She graduated from North Kitsap High School in Poulsbo, Wa in 1955, and married Kenneth L. Fick on September 12, 1964, also from the Bremerton area. Both Sharon and Kenny spent much of their time together in the outdoors enjoying their passions of fishing, hunting and skiing. Sharon, in her teen years, was an avid horse lover and was active with the Silver Spurs horse club in Silverdale. Her horse '''Lucky''? was the love and joy in her early life. Sharon spent most of her later years as a bank accountant in the Seattle and Bremerton area. Sharon is preceded in death by her parents and her husband Kenny. She is survived by her son Danny Fick, his wife, Tami Fick, grand-daughter Marilyn Fick, and brother Arvid Waali.In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Kitsap Humane Society. A memorial gathering was held on August 5th, 2012.
