Susan Carolyn Brown

On Saturday, September 3rd 2016, Susan C. Brown (Swartz) passed away peacefully to be with her Husband Quentin (Buzz) Brown (USAF Retired) and her family in Heaven. Susan was born in Dearborn Michigan on September 25th 1934 to Howard and Ruth Swartz.

Susan was a resident of Spokane Valley Washington since 1971 and was a long time salesperson for Avon and was a member of their Presidents Club. She was also a 20+ year employee (1983 to 2002) of St. Marys Catholic School (noon supervisor). She is remembered for riding her bicycle all over the Spokane Area in all kinds of weather, greeting everyone with a hello or commenting on their flowers or whatever came to mind. In years past she loved to hang out in the morning with Buzz and her friends at Skaggs and later on, at Newberrys for coffee with her and Buzz's group of friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband Quentin Brown of Pettigrew Arkansas and is survived by her children Michael P. Brown, Diane E. Brown (Green) David S. and Joanna S. Brown, all of whom reside in Spokane County Washington and Sarah (Brown) and Steven Lawson , formally from Spokane County Washington. Grandchildren Keith and Angie Brown, Tina (Parkins) and Jason Bangert, Margaret (Parkins) and Jerome Applington, Kaylee (Parkins) , Danny (Parkins) and Nanette (Parkins) and Scott Crafton , Sean Q. Brown, Anastasia E. Brown / Leighton, Christopher P. Brown / Leighton and Anthony Pimms. Susan has numerous great and great great grandchildren.
