Tammy Banzhaf Campbell, age 64 passed away on September 18th 2024, at Washington Regional Medical Center. She was a cherished mother, grandmother, sister and friend.
Tammy was born in Kansas City, Kansas on June 17th 1960, to her parents, Paul and Cynda Banzhaf. The family moved to Rogers, Arkansas in 1972, where she graduated high school in 1978. Tammy Wed her high school sweetheart in June 1978, and then spent the next four years stationed in Germany. They traveled Europe and participated in walking marathons. In March of 1988, she became a mother when she gave birth to her daughter, Alaisha N. Campbell. She became a mother again in July 1997, with the birth of her son, Mason A. Campbell. Tammy worked at Tyson Foods Inc. as an accounts payable specialist until she retired in May 2019, due to health reasons. She spent the last five years in Pensacola, FL with her daughter. In May 2020, she achieved her life long goal of becoming a grandmother with the birth of her granddaughter, Hazel M. Campbell. Tammy and her daughter had recently returned home to Farmington, AR. She was always full of life, love and laughter. She loved animals, travel and most importantly her friends and family. She went to meet the Lord surrounded by family and love. She will forever be in our hearts.
She was proceeded in death by her grandparents, Paul A. Banzhaf (1995), Lois M. Banzhaf (2003), her ex-husband, Allan B. Campbell in 2021, her youngest brother Troy O. Banzhaf in 2023, and her mother Cynda L. Banzhaf in March 2024. Tammy is survived by her daughter, Alaisha N. Campbell, of Farmington, AR. Her son, Mason A. Campbell and granddaughter Hazel M. Campbell, of Tulsa, OK. Brother and sister in law, Brett and Melinda Banzhaf, of Bella Vista, AR. Father, Paul O. Banzhaf, of Lowell, AR. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and numerous beloved friends.
There will be a Celebration of Life on Sunday, October 6th 2024 at the Farmington Public Park, Large Pavillion, from 11am to 1pm. Please come and join us for a Luau in Tammy's memory. Hawaiian shirts and bright colors are encouraged. "There will be only happy tears." Lunch will be provided.
