Theresa Ann Haymond

Mrs. Theresa Haymond, a resident of Greenwood, California, died at home surrounded by family on June 11, 2015.  Theresa was born in Wilkes Barre, PA, on January 17, 1940, to the late James Yankosky and Pearl Carkuff-Yankosky.  She grew up in Wilkes-Barre and attended G.A.R. Memorial High School.  Theresa married the late Ralph Haymond and spent her life being a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and Aunt Theresa. Before retiring and moving to California to spend time with family, Theresa worked for Career Link and Wegmans Food Market.  Her hobbies included ceramics, bowling, and gardening.  Besides her parents, Theresa was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Haymond; sisters Margaret Stucky and Veronica Leco; brothers Thomas Yankosky, Bernard Yankosky, and Lawrence Yankosky.  Surviving are sister, Marian Hall of Virginia; daughter, Terri Jimison, and her husband, Edward Jimison; grandson, Patrick Jimison; grandson, Eddie Jimison and his wife, Samantha; and granddaughter, Amanda Milholland and her daughter, Felicity.  There will be a service for Mrs. Haymond at St. Mary's Cemetery in Hanover, PA at a future date.
