Toby David Briles

Toby was born and grew up in Richardson, TX and he spent most of his adult life in Oklahoma City, OK before moving and spending the remainder of his time in Bryan, TX.

Toby was born June 19, 1967, and passed on July 13, 2025, at 58 years of age.

Toby is survived by his sister, Gayla Briles, nieces Jennifer, Marisa and Kalynn and his nephews-in-law Cody and Alvino.

He is preceded in death by his parents Tobe and Nancy Briles and siblings, Cynthia and Jeffrey Briles.

Toby will be remembered for his sense of humor, love of animals and compassion for friends and family. His favorite things in life, besides his family and friends were his car, the Mustang, Sunshine, his dog and the Dallas Cowboys.

“My uncle and I were more like siblings than we were uncle and niece we were both jealous of each other no doubt about it, we had the same passion for soccer and animals. Glad we got closer this last year.” Jennifer

“One day Toby forgot to pick me up from school, after a while he came back after an oh no moment. Glad he remembered after getting Kalynn.” Marisa

In accordance with his wishes, he will be remembered in an informal celebration of life on August 2, 2025, at 1:30pm. Dress casually and bring a lawn chair.
