Toby was born and grew up in Richardson, TX and he spent most of his adult life in Oklahoma City, OK before moving and spending the remainder of his time in Bryan, TX.
Toby was born June 19, 1967, and passed on July 13, 2025, at 58 years of age.
Toby is survived by his sister, Gayla Briles, nieces Jennifer, Marisa and Kalynn and his nephews-in-law Cody and Alvino.
He is preceded in death by his parents Tobe and Nancy Briles and siblings, Cynthia and Jeffrey Briles.
Toby will be remembered for his sense of humor, love of animals and compassion for friends and family. His favorite things in life, besides his family and friends were his car, the Mustang, Sunshine, his dog and the Dallas Cowboys.

In accordance with his wishes, he will be remembered in an informal celebration of life on August 2, 2025, at 1:30pm. Dress casually and bring a lawn chair.
