Wallace Henry Cogley

Wallace Henry Cogley, 89, affectionately known as Wally, left this earth at 10:56 pm July 6, 2025.

He was born in early 1936, to Lillian and Denver Cogley. He joined his older sister, Frances.

Wally, married the love of his life, Theresa on 12/26/1959. They had two girls, Lynne and Elissa. He loved his family and was very proud of them. He had a life well lived and touched more lives than he could possibly know. He was a devoted husband and father. He was an active member of his community and church. He was a man of faith and loved his country.

He joined the Navy out of high school to be able to attend college. He worked in education as a speech pathologist/ communication disorder specialist.

He is survived by his wife, Theresa, daughters Lynne and Elissa and their husbands, Rich and Chuck. His 5 grandchildren, Christopher and his wife Alissa, Collin and his wife Justine, Cara and her wife Dani, Miles and Ethan. His 3 great grandchildren, Carson, Elena and Emelia.

He will be missed, but we know that he has been received into the loving arms of his Lord and Savior.

His celebration of life will be held on 8/16/2025 at 11:00 am at Chateau Bothell Landing.

The family is asking that in lieu of flowers donations be made to one of the following organizations:

1. Lukemia & Lymphoma Society

2. Alzheimer's Association

3. American Cancer society
